- A settlement (“Settlement”) has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Termax Company (“Termax”). The class action lawsuit involves whether Termax unlawfully collected, captured, received, or otherwise disclosed the Biometric Identifiers and/or Biometric Information of those who worked for it through its clock-in system.
- You are included if you worked or are working for Termax in the state of Illinois between September 30, 2016 and August 1, 2022, and had your biometric identifiers and/or biometric information collected, captured, received, or otherwise obtained or disclosed by Termax or its agent(s).
- Those included in the Settlement will be eligible to receive a pro rata payment from the Net Settlement Fund.
